Members can not only book and track the common facilities but also can buy or sell their new, un-used stuff or services within secured group.
Members can ask Service providers to give various quotes in order to select the best services proposal.
Management can get the views of members by pushing various polls.
Members can share taxi for daily commute, share yoga teachers, make group to play togther etc etc.
