Create, Play and Share Workouts with others.

• Fitty provides an advanced tool for designing diverse Workout routines in a structured tree format for any physical activity. You can organise exercises into groups called Complexes. Set the number of rounds for a Complex, for circuit training, you can even nest Complexes. Rounds are the number of times the exercises inside the Complex will be repeated during your workout.

• Create and configure exercises. Choose among various exercise properties, to tune your workout:
- set work and rest time.
- number of repetitions.
- for an exercise which demands movement: you can turn the GPS tracking in order to get updates for the total distance and current speed.
- repetitions
- weights and weight step. The step is meant to work when the exercise is inside a Complex. In each round the total weights will be incremented with the step. For example if you set weights 80kg and step 5kg for an exercise inside a Complex with 5 rounds, the list of weights per round would be: 80kg, 85kg, 90kg, 95kg and 100kg. The step can be negative number also.

• Each workout you've created can be played and controlled like an audio player. You can pause, resume or move forward to the next activity. In case work and rest time is set for an exercise moving forward is done automatically. Have the Workout Player dictate the next exercise for you, with notifications for work and rest intervals through a beep sounds or a coach's voice. The coach will pronounce the name of the exercise. The player can work in background while you are listening to music. Whenever a workout is played its data is recorded on the server as a Workout Session. You are able to inspect the sessions in order to track your progress over time. For each exercise you can compare changes for the work/rest time, lifted weights, covered distance, speed and more. You will get detailed statistics for each exercise property with graphics representing totals, average, max and min values amongst all workout sessions. For mobility exercise you will get maps depicting your routes.

• You can create an endless list of workouts in your profile. You can share workouts with other app users. This is very useful for coaches if they want to train and monitor the progress of their students through the app. Fitty is meant to provide an easy way for sharing workouts in an unified format to support professional sportsman or anybody who just wants to train.

Each workout session you execute is recorded on the server by the Workout Player and can be inspected to track your progress in time.

For each workout you get:
• Workout totals:
- The total work time you spend in all your workout sessions.
- The total distance covered in all your workout sessions.
- The total amount of weights lifted in all your workout sessions.
- The number of workout sessions you did.

• Best results:
For each exercise you've created during the workout lifetime you get best results for various exercise properties. Supported properties are total work/rest time, weights, total repetitions, total distance and average speed.

• You can inspect how each exercise property changes in time with graphics. This gives you the flexibility to easily track ups and downs in your workout regime, whether you are consistent or sporadic. Except graphics you get detailed info for each exercise property in exhaustive list from all workout sessions.

• The app permits editing the information inside the Workout Session after it has been completed. This is useful for weight lifting. For example you can decide during the workout to lift more weights than the once set in the exercise. You can have unsuccesful lift attempts. All that changes can be set to the Workout Session after its completion. This will update all other statistical data like total lifted weights etc.
