FLYING YOGA DANCE ® is a discipline patented by the master Cristian Bevilacqua and nationally recognized by CSEN (C.O.N.I. ).

This discipline combines the key principles of several disciplines such as Calisthenics, Gyrokinesis ®, Pilates, Dance and Yoga. All with the help of a special fabric : a hammock anti-gravity, which allows you to relieve tension from the spine and improve blood flow and lymphatic flow, bringing more oxygenation to tissues and brain.


FLYING YOGA DANCE® can be DYNAMIC or RELAX


In the DYNAMIC version, all movements and exercises are harmonious and dynamic, like a dance. The lesson focuses on strengthening and muscular elasticity and on coordination and elegance of gesture. The movements are performed in harmony with the music, developing aerial choreography.


In the RELAX aspect, everything focuses on Yoga in suspension. The lesson focuses on the abandonment of the body and the release of tension, paying attention to how the body reacts and breathes with each movement, and regenerates by being gently cradled in the hammock.



The FLYING YOGA DANCE ® session lasts 60 minutes and is practiced with the help of a special hammock hanging from the ceiling that allows the body to perform the movements without the constraints of gravity.

FLYING YOGA DANCE BABY & KIDS ®
A fun and exciting journey through the discovery and control of imbalance, including exercises, storytelling, flips, handstands, swings, creative workshops and inversions upside down.
Each child is free to express their creativity according to aptitude, skills and abilities in a path characterized by the balance between physicality and manual ability.
In the path children will develop a form of playful learning, focused on promoting a healthy and proper socialization.
Children are guided in a dynamic and loving way through the wide variety of Yoga positions on the ground and suspended in a hammock anti-gravity.


FLYING YOGA DANCE® helps children and adolescents to develop a harmonious body and to increase self-control, concentration, introspection and respect for themselves and for others.
