Disappointed
After a long time waiting for my order (much longer than what was announced by the app), I tried to contact the responsable to cancel my order, I finally finished by catching by phone the delivery man who confirmed that he did not receipt my order from the restaurant yet and confirmed my cancellation. I was called 20 minutes later by a responsable of the app WITHOUT any apology telling me that I should pay my order and this should be done before my next order! I was surprised and I said that instead I might receive a reimbursement for the time wasted without receiving anything, the responsable answered that I seem nervous that’s why I am asking that !!! What a kind of professionalism … I ban this app forever !
Bad staff
The staff are horrible, i made an order and when the delivery guy arrived i went to get my food but i didnt find him. I opened the app, i talked to the costumer support and they said that i was late although he didn’t wait for me even a minute! I didnt get any call though, i was watching the progress from the app , and when i made a call ,the staff said that i still have to pay the money!?!?! She was so rude, and disrespectful, and i didn’t even get my order why should i pay? This is unbelievable. I just wanted to say, do not fall for their tricks and i recommend Yassir express instead .
