Small group training with a personal training feel to it offers a more personalized and tailoured fitness experience. It allows indiviuals to work out in a semi private setting, with a smaller group of people, and recieve more individualized attention from the trainer.

The programs are designed to be highly efficient and effective, with workouts tailoured to the individuals fitness levels and goals. The program uses state-of-the-art machines and technology to use as our resistance training and also can track progress and real time feedback to maximise results.

The vitruvian, a cutting edge training system that utilizes resistance bands and a touch screen display to guide users through a variety of exercises, will be at the forefront of our small group training classes. Our customers can expect to experience a dynamic and challenging workout that pushes them to new levels of fitness.
