Description
In MakeMorePutts you will see and hear putts 4-27 feet drop in the hole. Imagery is one of the most powerful skills to improve performance. MakeMorePutts trains visual and auditory imagery. Seeing and hearing putts go in the hole trains confidence, a critical component of putting since the stroke is so small and putting is mostly mental. Belief in yourself and your ability is a choice. When standing over the ball, research has shown that choking tends to occur when we are thinking and learning about the putt instead of trusting and performing. Dr. Debbie Crews performed a study that showed watching videos of successful putts makes a golfer's brain more balanced when performing an actual putt, or in other words they stop thinking and start trusting. Research of high level golfers showed that the videos in MakeMorePutts increased the number of 12ft putts made by 61% compared to alternative putting videos 19% and a control (sitting group) 11%.
