Taxis and public transportation too often offer unpredictable fares, nonfunctional or missing safety gears and poor security measures including crowded vehicles, and unskilled motorists; coupled with restricted routes interferes with comfort, and mission priorities.

Unlike transportation network companies that pair passengers via websites and mobile Aps with peer drivers, SENEXPAT employs licensed experienced drivers monitored and certified in safety and evasive driving skills. SENEXPAT vehicles are prohibited from accepting passengers hailing in the streets and they adhere to terms and conditions of local laws. Riders are logged through the organization’s website or mobile app and assigned an appropriate driver and vehicle in real-time. Consequently, SENEXPAT vehicles do not contribute to congestion by constantly cruising waiting for customers.

The Driver App went through multiple bug fixes that will improve the driver’s experience of using the app. We’ve also improved and updated the GeoGate feature. Now nearby places are displayed more precisely and in more detail. It is also now possible for the drivers to see orders from outside their search radius. Finally, we’ve updated the feature that allows split payments. Now the drivers will see the remaining amount of money that the rider still has to pay with cash or terminal after paying the part of the split payment with the wallet.
The UI was also updated to make the user experience smoother and more convenient.
