Through trueCare’s secure technology, along with data from connected health device & Apple HealthKit, you and your care team have a single source to support your progress and communicate easily—in real-time.
To use the trueCare app, you will need a code from your healthcare provider or coach. If you don’t have a code–or if you want your healthcare team to offer trueCare–drop us an email at support@1truehealth.com.
