Description
BYD Smart Operation is a smart operation application developed by BYD for the European market. It aims to help OEM, distributors and stores improve their operation and sales capabilities to provide high quality services to consumers. The application covers image inspection, schedule management, leads management, test drive management, vehicle management, operation data management and training management, etc. The application has now opened the store inspection function. The current user is able to use functions in the application, including: inspection schedule, inspection record, inspection progress, inspection results and details, policy viewing, appeals and appeal records, etc.
