Description

Unleash the power of collective intelligence with Conoted! Change the way you structure and link notes and share ideas. #Conoted #Notes #Collaborate

Conoted is a note-taking service that uses a Recommender System to automatically create links and tags between notes.
Conoted is a personal note-taking database, you build an individual knowledge system with the ability to add public notes from other authors to yours. Your notes are private by default. You can choose not to show them to anyone.

Using Conoted for Group Work.
Example: during classroom teaching, it allows students and teachers to organize and structure learning material, integrate external knowledge and collaborate with experts.

Step-by-step guide to using Conoted in the classroom:

1) Create a group and add students
The first step for any student or teacher is to create a new group for the lesson:
- Create a group: open the Conoted application and click the "Create group" button.
- Add students: enter names or select students from the list of users. If students are not registered in the app yet, send them an invitation via SMS or messenger with a link to the app

2) Group name, description and tags
After creating a group, you need to give it a name and add a description:
- Group name: Indicate the topic of the lesson, for example, "Lecture on accounting: basic principles."
- Description: Briefly describe what the group will discuss, for example: "Discussion of the basic principles of accounting, including methods and techniques."
- Tags: Add keywords that describe the topic of the lesson, for example, "accounting", "accounting", "methods".

3) Add notes
During or after the lesson, the teacher and students can add notes to the group:
- Creating notes: Each group member can create a new note in which to write down the main ideas, questions or results of the discussions.

4) Linking and tagging notes
Once you've added notes, it's important to structure them properly:
- Linking notes: Notes on the same topic can be linked to each other. For example, a note on accounting methods can be linked to a note on practical applications of these methods.
- Tagging: The app automatically suggests tags based on the content of your notes, making them easier to find and organize in the future.

5) Public note suggestions: Collective intelligence.
Periodically, students and the teacher will be offered public notes on the lesson topic:
- Public note suggestions: The app analyzes the content of the group and suggests notes from other users that can complement or expand knowledge on the topic under discussion.
- Public note integration: These notes can be added to the group for a deeper dive into the topic.

6) Expert User Recommendations
The app can also suggest students, teachers, or external experts who specialize in the topic under consideration:
- Expert Recommendations: Based on the content of your notes, the app will suggest users whose notes or expertise may be useful.
- Add Experts: You can add these users to a group or link them to specific notes for consultation.

Lesson Outcome
After completing the lesson, students and the teacher will have a structured set of notes related to the lesson topic:
- All Notes on Topic: The group will contain all notes created during the lesson, as well as public notes and experts recommended by the app.
- Ready for the Next Lesson: You can continue working with this group in the next lesson or create a new group for a new topic.

Conclusion
Using Conoted in the educational process allows you to effectively structure the material, link it to external sources, and involve experts. This significantly improves the perception and memorization of information by students, and also creates a deeper understanding of the material being studied.
