Introducing Mimir, the pioneering sport psychology app designed to assess the psychological climate of your team or group. With its high-frequency, low-burden data collection approach, this app offers coaches invaluable insights into the hidden psychological dynamics of their team, empowering them to optimise performance effectively.
The Team Climate is created from player perceptions of the psychological factors influencing performance in the sport environment. Team Climate identifies positive and negative performance influences from both internal (self) and external (social) sources. Team Climate has a high frequency collection rate due to it being affected by time, situation, and case. All data is anonymised to help create a continuous feedback loop.
Wellness is the act of practising lifestyle behaviours on a daily basis to attain better sporting performance outcomes.
