1. 透過與Garmin 運動手環連線，使用和HealthKit相關的API獲取穿戴式裝置上的活動資訊(如步數、心率、行走距離、壓力等)，主要目的為觀察使用者活動資料，後續將進行活動資訊與生活習慣的相關性研究討論；研究分析結果未來將回饋至使用者，以幫助其達到更好的健康生活型態。
2. Garmin vivosmart4 為非醫療用之穿戴式裝置，主要用於運動管理，促進健康生活。
3. 所有數據僅供研究分析之用，過程中不進行任何醫療診斷與介入使用者生活的行為。
