RMINDR is a Danish app that helps small and medium-sized companies to remember their company's deadlines in order to avoid fines and other sanctions.

The app sends you intelligent notifications as soon as a deadline approaches, so you always have plenty of time to prepare your business report. You will always be notified before the deadline expires, so that you are constantly aware of whether you are up to date with your business deadlines.

You can also create your own deadlines and get notifications automatically if the need is there.

Payments and Renewal:
• Payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase
• Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, and identify the cost of the renewal
• Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase
• You can manage or turn off auto-renew in your apple account settings at any time after purchase
