California agents can use the app’s voice assist feature to create offers or fill out Buyer and Broker Compensation Agreements hands-free. Just open the app, tap the mic icon, and say, 'Start a Buyer Agreement' or ‘Start an offer’ to begin.

Thanks to some energy-drink brainstorming bonanzas, we’ve added some exciting updates to our mobile app!
- You’ll notice a “Start Buyer Agreement” button on the dashboard, saving you a tap—small win, big impact. Plus, files will automatically rename themselves. So instead of the digital horror that is “Buyer Agreement 10/22/2024 11:00,” you’ll see “Bob Smith 10/22/2024.” Much easier
- Let’s face it: typing in passwords is about as enjoyable as stepping on a LEGO. Seriously, nobody likes it. Which is why you’ll be thrilled with our latest update: Face ID Login! Just show us your charming mug, and we’ll roll out the welcome mat to the app, saving you time.
