「MS5 Motion Space 運動空間」，一個簡單卻蘊藏了各式可能性的空間；身處在覆滿綠意的台北市民生人文社區，我們期待為每個人的生活帶來正向的改變。 我們相信，透過微小的外在改變，能喚起內在一股深層的力量，為我們的心靈帶來變化；我們也相信，透過運動提升自我對身體的覺察度，能激發起生命中更多的創造力。
我們位於台北市民生社區69巷的一樓，在林蔭綠樹、沿路矮房跟寬敞街道有著白色的外觀、簡約明淨的大門以及內部四周皆是大窗讓光線透入像是像是一座森林運動空間。除此之外，室內裝有全熱交換氣機幫助運動時，帶入新鮮空氣不會因為個人身體無法調節或受氣溫、冷氣溫度影響產生不舒服，待在室內就像室外一樣享受能社區裡的特性，林立大樹、巷弄的靜謐有一種感性、知性、詩情和纖細的觸覺，呼氣自然緩慢下來。因綠意景觀加上擁有眾多咖啡廳、美食店、選品店和一座大民權大運動場，假日愛造訪的靜謐的人群不僅是年輕人或文青了。
我們提供的專業運動課程包含：
-Redcord 紅繩核心訓練
-Pilates 皮拉提斯墊上 Mat、核心床 Reformer、器械系列 Apparatus
-Gyrokinesis 嬋柔墊上
-Stretching Exercises 伸展運動
