Cloud problem

Hi, I bought a snilink device 1 month ago. I connected device to my wifi but device didn’t online to the cloud. As far as i thinking cloud’s connection methot has been change from http to https and program didn’t update. You should update connection methot for sensors otherwise customers never see status to online that own devices and never able to manage
