Bir dakika bile koşsa soluk soluğa kalan biri olarak, 2 ayın sonunda 5 km kesintisiz koşabileceğimi hayal bile edemezdim. Şimdi bu mesafeyi koşuyor ve koşmaktan keyif alıyorum. Nefes kapasitem yaşıtlarıma göre her zaman daha düşüktü; ama düzenli bir şekilde, adım adım plana uyarsanız kesinlikle işe yarıyor, vücudunuz cevap veriyor. Tabi proğrama başlamadan mutlaka doktor kontrolünden geçin. Kesinlikle tavsiye ederim. Şimdi bir üst 5k hızlanma aplikasyonlarını kullanacağım. 👍🏻
