The worst payment method in the world!
First of all i hate this payment service but nevertheless i use it. BECAUSE I HAVE TO USE IT TO SURVIVE IN CHINA
Reasons:
1. Whatever you do, you can not hide your privacy while requesting or getting money. I want my name hidden to EVERYONE but if only I manually close it( after first transaction still they can see!!) i close it!
2. Even if you choose English, still its app has more than 70%Chinese
3. If you go to another country, and if you use a lot, they may suspend you for a while. Because they do not trust you when you abroad
4. If someone opened an account and then cancelled his phones number, somehow you bought this old number, you can not open Alipay with that number! Even if the first guy has changed his number on the app, stupid system still doesn't allow you. Only way, you have to get another sim card with another number!
5. Customer service is horrible!
6. Connecting this Alipay for other Alibaba website is a huge troublesome
7. Security center is a shiithole, as well
FINALLY I SUGGEST YOU WECHAT PAY! It has those all drawbacks fixed
