Hello cakmut,
we have recently released an app update a few days ago. It should improve the push notification issue. Please update your Amaryllo app and let us know if the issue is resolved. Thank you again for your kind patience.

Thank you for your review and comment. Yes, we are aware of this issue (having to keep the app running in the background in order to receive any notifications).
We have raised this issue again and again with our development team, and even though they are working on a fix, there is no set date on when that would be.
