A total theft

This app kept renewing subscription and its bot even on my phone, I downloaded it once and deleted it after aday, they kept renewing for a year and I cant get my refund back !

Uygulamayı 18.09.2022 tarihinde tek seferlik 1$ yani o günün dolar kuru ile 18,76 TL karşılığında kullandım ama sonrasında 20.09.2022 tarihinde hiçbir iznim ve onayım olmadan haftalık ücret aboneliği planlanarak bir ayda 573,05 TL para Apple’da kayıtlı hesabımdan çekilmiş. Üstelik uygulamayı kullanmıyorum bile, silmiştim. Gerekli yerlere mail attım ancak uygulama ve geliştiricilere ulaşamadım. Bu konuda derhal ücret iademi talep ediyorum.

I used the application on 18.09.2022 for a one-time fee of $1, that is, 18.76 TL at the dollar rate of that day, but then on 20.09.2022, a weekly subscription was planned and 573.05 TL was withdrawn from my account registered with Apple, without my permission and approval. Moreover, I do not even use the application, I deleted it. I sent e-mails to the necessary places, but I could not reach the application and developers. I demand an immediate refund on this matter.
