- You may use/download “Azercell Kabinetim” application either on your computer/desktop or on your smartphone supporting iOS.
- “Azercell Kabinetim” can be used in 3 languages (Azerbaijani, Russian, English) and is free of charge.
- When downloading the application for the first time, you will be provided “User Guide” which provides detailed and step-by-step information about user guidelines.
- In case of any queries and offers, you may contact the Customer Care Center, which is available 24/7. SimSim and Post-Paid line subscribers may call *1111 (the cost of one call for all Azercell subscribers irrespective of duration is 0.10 AZN with VAT inclusive; For subscribers of other local mobile operators the tariff package will be calculated according to off-net call tariffs).
