Did you got scammed by a driver? Don’t expect help from that company, they see your messages and not even reply or take action. You can match with same driver on app again and he can threating you with blocking you from app because the company still protects driver even if he scammed you. Customer support still doesn’t care. Thats the customer care of beeride. So before using this app know that you have no security, no customer care, only thing they have is new cars… It maybe happened just for one time and other drivers were good but if this company continue to protect scammer then new ones will pop up.
