Unhappy with Customer Service
I am with software but i been trying to get in touch with customer support about my memberships for a long time.
I have two memberships under same iCloud account but I can only use one premium account on one device!!!
I been trying to deactivate all my premium devices to reuse my premium accounts.
Please deactivate all my premium accounts on all devices and let me know have can I have my rights for two separate premium accounts and use them?

To cancel auto-renewal from your iOS device:
1. Open the App Store and at the bottom, tap **Featured**.
2. Scroll to the bottom of the screen and tap your Apple ID (**Make sure to Sign In first**).
3. Tap **View Apple ID**.
4. Under “SUBSCRIPTIONS,” tap **Manage**.
5. Tap your Betternet Premium subscription.
6. Switch **Off** Auto-Renewal and click **Confirm**.
For help cancelling auto -pay, please contact us through our app tap 3-Bar icon and please select the second option"Contact us" then click on "Something Else" to guide you through the steps.
