i love changing classes and gyms
choosing from many different locations and classes are giving flexibility to train
only cancellation fee is unfare,but still can understand because people can abuse if there s no this rule
thanks classpass for making life easier and contributing to health

App becomes unresponsive

Sometimes app becomes unresponsive and I have to restart the app to fix it. Very weird bug. I also find search filters and sorting very limited, you can't sort by average rating for example. Also some merchants don't mention how much credits their service requires so it's literally not written anywhere (not in title, not in description) of how much it costs.

Useful app, can get confusing sometimes

Accessible and seamless design, but it gets complicated to find what you are looking for once get into settings.
