Worst experience

after changing my mobile, we need to fill form for mobile set up and also to reset app password other wise the app won’t open. So, i did but still the app is showing same notification while trying to change the password it says to use the old mobile to reset the password . once i put the correct password it still won’t open, it notify the transaction pin is in reset mode. i have already filled and submitted all required form. Now i don’t why is this system so much complicated and frustrating to use . Really disappointed with the whole system. In addition ,the bank take charge of Rs 100 for password reset in app, like is this for real. They are giving worst experience after emerging.
