Worst customer support ever?
My friend and I were visiting in UAE, and we installed ekar to rent a car. After going through all the steps to verify the documents, nothing happened. We called customer support, and the guy on the line asked me to fill him with my friend’s phone number (since he was the one registering), and surprisingly the calls drops. I tried calling him again but the call keeps failing; I tried from my friend’s phone (which we gave to the customer support) and same thing. On the next day we called from a different number and the guy said that both of our numbers were blocked. What? Why? I never had a worst experience tbh.
application not userfrendly and problems charged to user
the app is working properly and does not allow to extend , and they charge the diffence of petrol you bought extra as missing petrol on th second trip. credit card details removed from the system and since the payment done at the second attempt extra charge applied , due a rejection of payment. be carrefull with ecar.
Scammers and thieves
Don’t use this app ever its a scam
I paid for confirmation documents and its been a months and my account never been verified and i called there support team many times and they always say they will verify it, and also they asked for 2000 SAR deposit as a safe deposit, what kind of a scam is this??!!
