AUTOMATED RENT PAYMENTS
* Split rent with other household members, and change your share of the rent whenever you like.
* Change the bank account you are using for paying rent, without having to inform your property manager.
* Enjoy the flexibility that Equa Phi offers by switching from other payment methods.

DOCUMENTS & ANNOUNCEMENTS
* Receive documents regarding your apartment or building.
* Receive announcements with an expiration date.

LAUNDRY FACILITY RESERVATIONS
* Reserve time slots for common laundry facilities.
* View the list of upcoming reservations.

WORK ORDERS
* Send work orders to your property manager.
* Follow the status of your work order.
* If your property manager needs more information about your request, he/she may optionally initiate an email conversation with you.

OTHER FEATURES
* Languages currently supported: English, French, German. English is the default, meaning that if the user’s language is not supported, then he/she will see the app in English.
