Full refund follow up

I purchased and paid $12 using Paypal.

After a day with constant communication with the customer support(Chat) found out there were some restrictions/limitations on this app.

Thus less than a day or so. I requested to cancel the subscription and requested for full refund.

Was informed that it would take 30mins for the funds be credited back to me. It’s been 2 days still no credits.
And I’ve been chatting to several specialists and raised a ticket through Paypal as well.
