Boring game after update

After the last update, some bugs started to appear in the game. I have more than one same character. I can't get the character even though there are enough orbs. Before the update, we were able to get character orbs in Quick battles, but now we can't. The rewards of quick battles should be diversified. The rewards in campaign battles should vary. If you go back to before the last update, the game will be enjoyable again. If you contact me, I can explain the game errors in more detail.
