Basically they say you ll earn satoshi by listening to podcast, but in real. Id you are lucky only 60 sats per SELECTED ^^ days ( which is 1 day maybe every 2 weeks )
No need to get it the time battery internet you spent you can buy btc.

Regarding earning, your rate is assigned at random each day. There is no guarantee that you will earn - and on some days your rate might be 0 sats/min.
