Good but needs improvement

This is so far the best platform all around the world for freelance work but it lacks a few very important features including detecting fake projects and freelancers automatically, faster income withdrawals and offering discounted fee rates at least on specific days (once a week/month).

You may report them using the app by going to their profile page, scroll to the bottom and tap the "Report User" button. Withdrawal of earned funds goes through security checks to make sure that the funds are in order, & that they'd be sent to the correct account & payment gateway. Terrible

I was working as a freelancer from other websites and I wanted to try this app as well. I wish I never did. I got hired from a client and they paid me 54euros for the work I did. But when I tried to withdraw my money, Freelancer app delayed it for 3 weeks without giving a reason. After that delay I was hoping I could finally get my money but then they locked my funds and did not let me withdraw it. When I asked what the hell is going on? why did you lock it? they told me they have some verification issue with the client. This is super unprofessional. They should’ve not let the client hire someone before making sure everything is alright. And the money was already in my funds so why do you still need a verification from the client? they already paid to me. Now they ask me to wait another MONTH to withdraw. I don’t even know if they’ll let me withdraw after that one month. This is what scammers would do. It is literally just 54euros. It’s not gonna make you any richer. but people need that to buy food. really not cool!

You can loose your money without getting service!

I opened account in this webpage. I paid moneys a lot of for contests, while approve projects of designer they blocked my account. So this moneys did not come to me or designers who right to get money I funded. Freelancer got their account. Then I opened a new account fresh with different mail and I tried to pay money for contest. Again they got my money and blocked account. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE! You will loose your money.

The interface design is very poor

The user experience is very poor. It's difficult to understand where things are. It seems like you might need to hire a freelancer for your interface design
