Sub-par compared to Freshdesk web

We are heavily using Freshdesk for 3 years. Mobile app is critical for us to provide good support to our clients on the go.
Here are my suggestions for the mobile app
1- Please develop a real search feature. I had to define very basic saved searches on the web so I can view even the “open tickets” on mobile
2- When opening the ticket view please don’t automatically expand the first item. What we are looking for here is viewing the last few conversations, not reading the original ticket over and over again, which can be quite long. Right now all conversations except first and last are hidden. Showing the last 3 conversations in minimized form would be great.
