Gathered is an app to help you monitor, record, and export information from your iOS device. If you've ever wondered what sensors your device possesses, what information can be determined from them, or what an app can know about your device, then Gathered is for you.

Gathered offers a fast and simple interface to monitor, record, and export all of the data your device offers. All features are offered for free with the option to pay to remove adverts. With Gathered you can:

Gathered 1.3 adds 2 new data sources, app-wide improvements, and support for various features added in recent versions of iOS:

• Adds Advertising and Authentication data sources
• Data sources can now be reordered
• Values can now be copied by tapping the cell
• Adds support for iPhone X
• Improves layout on iPads
• Adds drag and drop support for recordings on iPads running iOS 11 or newer
• Altimeter's "Relative Altitude" value can be reset to zero by tapping the cell
• Adds "Speed (estimated)" to GPS data source
• A "Start Recording" Quick Action has been added to the home screen icon
• Recordings will now always use the update frequency set in the Settings tab
• Fixes some exported CSV files being invalid
• Fixes the Microphone data source pausing other audio
• Fixes a crash that may occur when stopping a recording

Not Effective

As I saw, changing name of log file or delimiter type is not possible. Comma is being used as delimiter at CSV file but fields contain comma too(as it's supposed to be). It causes problems while importing these files into a program. I replaced ", " with tab. Also data seems little bit problematic, I could not trust accelerometer recording, it was not changing too much between walking and running activities.

Sorry to hear about your problems with Gathered. Gathered is developed by a single person, me, so hopefully I can help!

I have fixed the CSV bug(s) in the latest version of Gathered (1.3), and plan on adding TSV support in the future.

As for the data, unfortunately there's not much that can be done. Gathered simply receives the data the system provides and displays and/or records it. You could try increasing the update frequency, although that's unlikely to fully solve the problem.
