Bad Experience Northwestern Uni. Change Programme

From registration process where you easily cannot do it by yourself (should take success managers help) to materials access process where you need to “find your way” to find materials, I would definitely not recommend GetSmarter. None of the people in our group, Northwestern Uni, Kellogg, Strategic Change Management course had a seamless experience, each raised complaints within discussion forums. I even thought about dismissing the course due to such difficulties. Lots of tech glitches, would not recommend to anyone especially after new version released in Mid Feb 2023.
