Payment methods are so confusing

Crushes when I'm trying top up the balance. Cannot order without topping up the balance. And seems like international cards aren't working at all. I'm ok with cash payment, but the app is not. It's so stupid decision to charge firm the balance, and not from the linked card. Worst expirience ever. I wish I could use Uber or ola here in goa. But we only have Goa miles option😡
