Gorilla Workout

Gerçekten minimum ekipman ile sonuç alabileceğiniz hoş bir program. HIIT ve hatta Tabata protokolüne uyarak uygulanırsa çok daha efektif olacağı kanısındayım. Spor salonlarının kapalı olduğu şu dönemde özellikle işinizi görür. Bir workoutu tamamlamak benim yaklaşık olarak beş dakikamı alıyor yani vakit sıkıntısı çeken kişiler spor yapmaya zamanını bu programı kullanarak yaratabilirler.
