The Hamilton Aquatics app is a free app based on Hamilton Bay booking system that lets you create an account with Hamilton Aquatics or log-into your existing member account and explore our below features:

1) Book swimming lessons - including coach details, location details and term dates
2) View swimmer’s progress
3) View swimmer’s attendance
4) Book catch-up sessions
5) Manage profiles
and much more!

Any changes in bookings/schedule are notified via push notification and SMS.

Our Coaches and Teachers will occasionally broadcast a message to our members (such as sharing a reminder or advertising new sessions/terms) so that our members are connected to the Hamilton Aquatics team without the hassle of emails.

It is unacceptable

My two kids attend to Hamilton Academy about 3 years however I am very disappointed with what’s I experienced this last year. They have been at the same level since September and although they are progressing they are not being upgraded because there has not been a stable coach since Ela left. I can see that the children are progressing and their progress reports are already very good their level is same for almost seven months. And today when we come they said that coach Sam is sick and her lessons are canceled, but nobody called me before nobody sent a message and nobody sent e mail. The coach told us I can not assist them because I had to assist gold level. And he told me arrange a catch up lesson. It is not easy to arrange a catch up lesson for two kids at the same time. And I am working. And I could not find anybody to tell about this issue.
