Such a shame
The worst! Supporting team is not helping, they are just telling some excuses. For refund policy, it is just a lie. I accidentally add one more plan to my plan and I didnt like it. I wanted to cancel it but ofc no help. They even wrote me that I should stop writing them for my refund. So if you are considering to download, STOP and find another app.
