Useless Service Useless App
I paid a lot for their insurance package, sadly when you REALLY need help, the doctors are not helping, the 24/7 travel assistance service is a bot.
If you have no mobile plan, probably you’ll be dead.

Please be reminded that in the event of a medical emergency during your trip, you should contact the assistance platform directly by calling the telephone number provided in your policy. Alternatively, you can make a toll-free call using the Heymondo APP (if WiFi access is available). Simply select the “Travel Assistance” option to speak with an agent.
Their services are available 24/7, and they will guide you to the nearest medical center or hospital in your area to receive the necessary assistance.
