Life Bites are inspiring stories, wisdom and advice shared by experts and those who have life lessons to teach others.
Each Life Bite begins with the IAMMI intention, based on Dr. Lucy Hone’s theory of resilience. Again drawing on CBT, this is both a grounding moment of peace and a daily affirmation.

Check in to identify your skin health and goals. You’re served tailored Skinsights (expert-penned recommendations and insights) based on this info. My Skin also lets you snap, note and compare pictures to track your skin’s progress.
