İlk gün tanıdığım odeabankı tanıyamıyorum. Personeliniz gerçekten çok ilgili, çağrı merkezinizde mükemmel..
ama genel merkezinizin arkasında bir dogma yatıyor. Şeffaflıktan uzak, soruları geçiştiren, ilgiden ve müşteriyi önemsemeyen ve bankacılık kurallarına babasının çiftliği gibi uymayan bir düzen mevcut,! Bankanın arkasındaki karadelik düzeltilmeli,! Günümüzde çok göze batıyor. Ve unutmayın ki yasalardan üstün değilsiniz ve gizlenmeyin lütfen! Ürünlerde berbat, (ürün yöneticilerine duyurulur). Biraz çaba lütfen... 21. Yüzyıla geri gelin! 200yıl önceki Amerikan bankaları gibisiniz....
Çağrı merkezinize gerçekten teşekkür ediyorum ama onların iyi niyetle açıklayamadıkları olgular açık iletişimden, objektiflikten ve şeffaflıktan uzaktır, onları cevap veremeyecek şekilde bırakmayın!
