Description
HABITAT research is the new smart laboratory bioreactor from
IKA. As the first bioreactor with a lid stand, it ensures ergonomic
working and a tidy laboratory. In combination with a circulator,
it is also your fermenter. And if you connect light panels, your new
photobioreactor.
The app allows the user to easy monitoring and control bioprocess experiments with IKA HABITAT research.

- Habitat 250ml vessel: new multi-use vessel 250ml operating support.
- Mobius 3L SU vessel: new single-use vessel 3L operating support.
- Profile-ramp for Stirrer: linear increment and decrement the speed in profile.
- Exponential feed for AFOAM pump: feeding control by exponential formulas.
- Auto PH feed assistance for FEED pump: auto feeding control by feed ratio of ACID or BASE pump.
- Cascade DO control for FEED pump: auto feeding active by user define the pO2 (%sat) set value.
Improvements
- One-point calibration for pO2: added the calibration 1-point for 0% and 100%.
- PID for pO2 control: add ability to separate the PID setting for Stirring and Gassing.
- Offset setting: no limit the offset value set for main controllers.
- Double detection the foam: add ability for using both foam and level sensor to detect the foam.
- Temp for BlueVary: display temp measurement from BlueVary device.
- Frequency scan for Incyte: display the frequency scan (kHz) from Incyte sensor.
- Language display: improve the wording display in the software for all existing languages.
Issue resolved
- Calibration display for pO2: correct the %sat display during the calibration process.
- Stirring speed set in pO2 cascade table: limit the input speed according to the vessel type and size.
