not working

i’ve been using this app for long time and sometimes its not working! commercial keeps coming and the series does not play. i keep trying but its not working.so annoying!! please fix

Frustrating

I am subscribing premium yet the quality is not good it’s blurry can you guys do something about it so people like me can enjoy it

However, the video quality depends on your current internet connection speed regardless of your active subscription. Try clearing the cache on your app and/or update your app's version to refresh it.
