The Incident and Injury-Free™ (IIF™) Toolbox Talks created by JMJ, address and highlight 52 thought provoking topics in four major categories: personal, behavioral, cultural and systems. JMJ’s Safety Leadership Toolbox Talks are intended to support weekly safety meetings.

Throughout Construction Safety Week, Jay Greenspan, JMJ founder, shared four Safety Leadership Toolbox Talks.
