I liked this app but it has problems. First it bannes your account for no reason. Also says that you can no longer use the open chat. So okay, why not message directly to the person you want to talk? But then you face with another problem. It says that you can’t message to a person you have not before, how will I message to my friends then? Due to this problems I deleted the app and redownloaded it. Thought that would fix the problem, on the contrary it got worse. Now I can not access to my account. When I try to open it with my email says that there is no account but when I try with my phone number says that my account been disabled by the KakaoTalk team.
And when I try to find my Kakao account it says that no match up found. It says that my account does not exist!
Okay, why not open a new account? But you can not do this too because it does not accept your phone number. Probably your account still exist. Like quantum world, your account may has varied situations at the same time!
Please read our comments and recieve us feedback. I tried your customer support service “question KakaoTalk” but it didn’t help anything.

Eskiden kullandığım zamanki mesajlarımı geri yükleyemiyorum onu da geçtim yeniden üye oldum ama kimseye mesaj atamıyorum daha önce konuşmadığın kişilere mesaj yollayamazsınız ne demek aq nasıl bir saçmalık bu “kakaotalk kullanıcılarını korumak adına daha önceden konuşmadığınız biri ile konuşamazsınız bu mesaj sürekli gelmeye devam ederse destek alınız ama uygulamayı silmeyiniz” pardonda bu uygulamanın işi birilerine mesaj yollayabilmek ben mesaj yollayamıyorsam bu uygulamayı ne yapayım turşusunu mu kurayım...
