Sizden iki set yemek takımı almıştım. Üst cilası çatladı stonware olmasına dayanıklı olmasına rağmen. İncelemeye gitti üretici hatalı olduğuna kanaat getirildi fakat tabakların yenisi karşılanmıyor. Bu nasıl bir haksızlık. Aynı seti almam için üstüne 5 bin tl vermem gerekiyomuş. Bu hangi mantık. Kimseye tavsiye etmiyorum. Mağazanızın yakınından bile geçmem bundan sonra. Zaten hukuki süreç başlatıcam. Ben de kervanı iyi bir firma sanıyordum.
