Bir sure bekledim. Mail adresime biletlerin gelmesini beklerken kiwi’den gelen bir mail “ ödemenizde bir sorun olustu. Kredi kartinin size ait oldugunu dogrulamaniz icin lutfen su numaralardan bize 12 saat icinde ulasin. Yoksa rezervasyonunuz iptal olacak ve para iadeniz 10 gun icinde gerceklesecektir”. Aldigim biletler 2 kisilikti ve tatil planlari yaparken sonucta bir butce ayirmistim. Boyle olunca 10 gun icinde gelecek para benim zaten ekstra bi daha bilet alip tatil boyunca bir sey harcamamam demekti. Su ana kadar yuzlerce alisveris yaptigim mastercard im bu sefer her ne hikmetse sozde guvenlik sebeplerinden dolayi onlari aramam gerekliymis. Neyse ingiltereyi aradim (ayrica buradan bir telefon faturasi). Derdimi anlattim. Ordaki kadin bana guvenlik sorulari sordu. Soruda nereye gidiyosunuz? Ne icin? ( onlara neyse) kart sahibi sizin neyiniz olur? Bu mu guvenlik sorusu yani? Ben size sorayim annenizin kizlik soyadinin ilk iki harfi nedir? Su anda parami geri almaya calisiyorum. Bilet fiyatlari 207 € iken ekstra 67€ istemek!!! Olmayan bir uçuşun biletini sattılar. Rezervasyonu iptal edene kadar canım çıktı. Para iadesi yapacaklarını söylediler ama sanmıyorum. Umarım kurtarırız parayı.

Bu uygulamadan bilet alma hatasına ben de düştüm. Bileti aldıktan sonra biletin bana iletilmemesi ve tüm süreci Kiwi’nin üstüne almasıyla uyandım. Henüz uçuşumla bir problem yaşamadım ancak bagaj haklarımı sırf ekstra bagaj alabilmem için söylemiyorlar ya da yalan söylüyorlar.
I need to learn my baggage allowance for my RyanAir flight. I want your credentials to reach my booking. If you can’t do that at least tell me my allowance and send me my ticket!
