Just ordered, loved the app

I have just ordered magnets and cant wait to see them! If the result is satisfactory, i will continue with other products. App is so easy to use!

Not safe to use. Possible fraud.

This app charged me double. It has been over two weeks and they are not refunding. Also they do not respond my inquiries. This app is not safe. I do not recommend anyone to use it.

I have asked for Giulio as well. No change. My order number is 39650376. Only response I receive is that to be checked with accounting. 20 days passed! Horrible service. Nobody should download and use!

Hello, I am sincerely sorry for this experience! Please contact us and ask for Giulio, I will give you a fast solution. Unfortunately, there was a miscomunication between our app and the payment system so you were charged for 2 times. Luckily this issue occurs very rarely and when it happens we promptly refund, of course. So, again, contact us, ask for Giulio and we will give you a refund proof. Or, if you want, you can modify you review and put your order number on it. In that case, I will contact you.

Fraud Application

Do not use this application! Do not believe to their responses below! They are just making a marketing strategy by showing that they responded here. They don’t actually get back and charge you illegally!

They charged me twice and not returning any of the emails. The app has bugs. My first order was canceled by the app. So I ordered again and my credit card was charged twice for the same exact order. I sent all the screenshots nobody is responding! Their instagram page is full with these type of bad comments so they are operating an illegal business.

I have all the screenshots regarding this issue. The order that app said canceled was 41058181 and the actual order that app said paid for is 41063194. So you are trying to send me the same order twice, charging me two shipping fees which makes 24 euros extra and not refunding the money you charged for an extra/identical order. Plus I don’t even know if I will receive my order: no tracking numbers, no customer service response!

She said she will not refund the order and told me that I can use it as credit. No response after I asked what about the shipping cost? No explanations, no response.

The person you suggested sent and email asking questions and obviously she disappeared again! I will report your services since you are conducting an illegal service in EU!

Due to the exceptional situation we are currently facing, customer service receives a lot of messages about delivery. I asked my manager and he will get back to you.
