Improvements and Features

- Added the Element Number to the values that can be found with an all-text search.
- Improved the speed of duplicating an element.

Bug Fixes

- Fixed an issue with columns in excel reports not being sorted according to the associated view.
- Fixed an issue with some options not appearing for stacked fields in document view related elements tables.
- Fixed an issue with element numbers not appearing on Model View dots.
- Fixed a bug not allowing contrubutors to delete their own elements.
