Beware of the app!
I bought a lime pass and start the ride meanwhile payment somehow declined but I see no error message and after I finished my ride lime charged me with full price! Payment again declined and they put it as (-) balance (which is ok). Problem is of you can do that why is this not done to pass payment? I called the customer service and told them to charge the pass as negative balance and reduce the minutes from my last ride but only i heard was sorry you have to pay the full price. Shame on you. If you can’t provide a pass service properly then don’t do it. Super annoying.
